Our Story
The Mahalaxmi Group has recently diversified into the manufacturing of Honeycomb Paper Panels and Angle Boards with the establishment of a cutting-edge facility in Moradabad, marking the first such plant in the region. This new venture focuses on producing 100% eco-friendly packaging solutions, which are fully customizable to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
Our product offerings include sheets with widths ranging from 10mm to 70mm, with the flexibility to customize both the length and breadth according to customer specifications. Additionally, we manufacture Edge Board Protectors in sizes such as 30mm, 45mm, 50mm, 70mm, 75mm, and 90mm, with widths varying from 3mm to 10mm, all tailored to meet individual client needs.
The plant is equipped to process up to 10 tonnes of paper per day, converting it into high-quality Honeycomb panels and Angle Boards. Utilizing an advanced online production system, the plant is capable of producing Honeycomb cores and laminating them in a single, integrated process—making it the first Honeycomb manufacturing plant of its kind in India.

Our Group of Companies
The Mahalaxmi Group traces its origins back to 1905, when Shri Peareylal Agarwal Ji founded M/S Peareylal Ramkumar in Pilibhit. Initially focused on trading food grains, oilseeds, sugar, forest produce, and other related commodities, the company gradually expanded its reach into various sectors. In 1966, the group ventured into the industrial space with the establishment of M/S Mahalaxmi Rice Mill, followed by the M/S Mahalaxmi Sugar Sulphation Plant in 1972. In 1985, the group further diversified by entering the fertilizer sector, launching one of Uttar Pradesh's largest rural wholesale and retail fertilizer businesses.
Following a family partition in 1988, our branch of the family has successfully ventured into several new industries:
1. Packaging – ShriHari Mahalaxmi Industries Pvt. Ltd.
2. Automotive Business– Mahalaxmi Motors, Mahalaxmi Autoworld Pvt. Ltd.

In addition, the promoters of the group own nearly 50 acres of land, which is utilized for mango orchards, commercial poplar tree plantations, and the cultivation of food grains, supporting the group’s commitment to sustainable agricultural practices.
